1. Return Period
You have the right to return products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. How to Request a Return
Before sending your product back, please contact us first at e mail with your order number.
We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
Items returned without prior communication may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you benefited from free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
